Marcus T. – Lead Technician

Marcus has run more Fort Worth chimney inspections than anyone on our crew. He’s the guy who spots a cracked flue tile from twenty feet away and then confirms it with a camera before he’ll even mention the word “repair.” Marcus is certified in HeatShield and DuraFlex installation, and he’s our go-to for complicated relining jobs in older Arlington Heights and Mistletoe Heights homes where the chimneys date back to the 1930s. When he’s not on a roof, Marcus rebuilds old motorcycles. He says chimneys and carburetors have the same rule: if you don’t inspect it, it’ll fail at the worst possible time.

Elena R. – Senior Installer

Elena handles the heavy repair work: flue relining, crown rebuilds, and mortar repair. Dana W. – Service Coordinator

Dana is the voice you’ll hear when you call (682) 255-2144. She’s been answering phones for the Garrison Partners network since 2018 and joined our Fort Worth team when the location opened. Dana knows the inspection process inside out, which means she can tell you exactly what to expect before we arrive, from how long a sweep takes to what the written estimate will include. She’s the reason nobody ever leaves a voicemail. If you call at 2 a.m. with a question about your fireplace, Dana answers. She keeps a running list of the best taco spots in Northside and will happily share it if you ask.

Sam P. – Apprentice Technician

Sam is the newest member of the crew, working alongside Marcus and Elena on sweeps and inspections while he completes his chimney service training. He’s already passed his background check, wears the uniform, and handles the setup and cleanup on every job. Sam grew up in Crowley and spent two summers working construction before joining us. He’s the one who sweeps the hearth spotless before we leave and double-checks that the damper opens and closes smoothly. Give him another year and he’ll be writing his own estimates.
